Vila Marija is a 3*/4* family-run Villa situated in Selce, on the northern coast of the Adriatic, located at the first line to the sea.

We have a long family tradition of welcoming guests to our Villa, dating back to 1960s. Vila Marija, which was originally built in 1908, has been carefully restored and renovated, while keeping its many original features throughout.

The Villa has 10 recently renovated and modern, fully equipped studio apartments as well as two stunning penthouse apartments, most of them boasting magnificent views of the Adriatic sea and the island Krk from a balcony or a terrace.

To the rear of the Villa there is a secure private parking available to guests free of charge. 

In front of the Villa there is a beach with a staired access to the sea, as well as a nice promenade and a children’s playground, while within a five-minute walk one can access a swimming pool filled with sea water, a natural pebble beach and a beautiful sandy beach.

The town’s amenities, including the market, bars, restaurants and shops are all within a minutes’ walk, while there is plenty on offer in and around Selce for our guests wishing to explore beyond – from numerous walking and cycling paths along the coast or in the surrounding nature, rent-a-boat, snorkelling and scuba diving, various sports and cultural activities, to daytrips to local islands and national parks.
