Stretching over 3 floors, the Villa has 10 recently renovated and pleasantly equipped studio apartments and two penthouse apartments, most of them boasting a beautiful sea view and a balcony or a terrace.
The studio apartments can sleep either 2, 3 or 4 persons, while the 4* penthouse apartments at the top of the Villa can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children, while providing magnificent views of the Adriatic sea and the island Krk from the large terrace.
All studio apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette (an electric stove, fridge, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, kettle, coffee maker), en-suite bathroom, flat-screen cable TVs, air-conditioning, wi-fi. Most studio apartments come with a high quality boxspring double bed, hypoallergenic pillows, as well as with bedlinen, towels and much more. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as other amenities can be provided upon request as well.
Penthouse apartments are fully equipped, with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels which can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children. They come provided with hypoallergenic pillows, bedlinen and towels. There is a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a gas/electric stove, fridge/freezer, pots and pans, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and cutlery. From the open plan living/dining room one can access the large terrace, offering those stunning sea views. There is also a separate balcony access from the master bedroom. The penthouse apartments are fully air-conditioned, and have a flat-screen cable TV and wi-fi.
